Warmachine Policies

The rules are simple, help everyone in the guild be polite no raging in public chat or guild chat no drama no pointing the fingers. DO NOT be selfish. Everyone must work together as a team in order for the guild to reach our common goal.

Having consistency in the raid force is one of the keys to success. Therefore,  Show up on time for raids!! Your DKP will depend on it.  If you can’t make a particular raid, post to that effect on the forums or let someone know. This allows the raid leader to fill spots appropriatly so the raid can move out on time.  Raids nights are Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Form-up is 7:30pm EST. Any changes to the raid times will be posted in the MOTD or on the raid forums website. Check them every day to make sure you’re not late.

Rules are nessacary for conflict resolution. Personalities clash, someone stole someones loot or Jexel is drunk and running his mouth. However, if you are found to be in violation of guild policy  you will be subject to an official warning which will be discussed with the guild member and guld leadership. Any subsequent rules violations will result guild removal. There is no time for drama only time to progress.

This is a raiding/pvp guild we are looking for players that consistently display a "guild-first" mentality. For example, if there is a raid in progress and you are asked to fill a spot so the guild can progress, then we ask that you do indeed fill the open raid slot. During raid hours, you are committed to the good of the guild. If you are consistently online during raid times and you are unwilling to help the greater good of the guild, then you will probably not be asked to fill a spot next time the raid force moves out. This isn’t a raid force for just you to raid when you want to raid and what you want to raid. So please, if your online offer your time to us as we are all offering our time to you.

Loot Bidding: Most of the gear dropped in raids are flagged with Heirloom status as of October, 2009. DKP bids for loot will first be offered to Main Raid characters that intend to equip the item up for bid. If there are no bids for Mains, loot will be offered for DKP to be then equiped on the Alt. Any player caught bidding improperly for his/her Alts will forfeight any accrued DKP.

Relax and have fun….because…. WE WILL WIN!

Masters

Again, I can’t emphasize how important teamwork and selflessness is going to help us accomplish the same goals we all have which is having fun gearing our toons and earning the respect of the server.

So this is how I think we should handle masters.

I think all masters in the guild should stay in the guild mains and declared alts will have first dibs on the masters if the master in question is needed by multiple parties then both parties will contact the Master of Masters which we have not assigned this position too but Skogie is going to be a good candidate each day you can check the guild bank see what masters are available then you will send the (MoM) an in game email about what master you need at that point if you are the only one who sends the email she will then give that one too you if there are multiple people interested then they will /ran 100 for the spell. If a master stays in the guild bank for more then 5 days it will be opened up to any remaining toons left such as your other non declared alts 2 days after that they will be sold on the broker and the coin will go to the guild escrow. Now there will be some exception to this rule such if we get a master that can be transcribed we may transcribe and start the process all over again we haven’t discussed it yet.  (This is a work in progress. Suggestions are welcome.)

Class specific

Guys/gals  we are not here to hold your hands and we will not tolerate selfish attitudes if an item drops with 5 heal crit and a scout bids on it cause it also has 3 DPS and a healer needs the heal crit we will have a problem with that and so should you.. Now I know there is a grey area but I’m actually asking you to think about this think about how important this is and don’t be selfish understand there are 24 people that need gear too.

Code and Ethics

Ok, this is our opinion of how people should act.

I need you to help one another to the best of your ability does that mean leave your group to help a guild member finish a quest? NO.  But it does mean if you see people and need and your about to finish a zone I think you should send a tell saying you can or what you need or etc.?   We are not looking for a guild of saints but we are looking for a guild that is helpful considerate and not out for there own believe me in the long run you will appreciate how all this working together will pay off in the long run. Do not cause drama do not scream or curse at some one in guild chat and do not treat people with disrespect if you do you will be warned and you will get only one shot at this. All I ask is that we all be civil with each other and work as a team. It’s not that hard to do. Just try it!

PVP:

I encourage everyone to pvp not only will it help your skills it will help you work together better because I know you don’t want to die. Secondly pvp tokens earn you crit mit gear which is EXTREMELY important in the higher tier raiding instances we will be doing we will need everyone in at the bare minimum of 4 pieces of TSO raid gear to do some of the last mobs in the progression.  So pvp is an easy way to get some of that critical mitigation, and it has nice stats two pieces give you 700 power and health alone so  please everyone go out and pvp show the server that we mean business.
